From my experience of being a freshman I feel like Freshman’s are overlooked because we are straight out of middle school, so the upperclassmen look at us as babies. Freshman are also very under looked because a lot of freshmen get into high school and start acting different from who they really are. Nowadays freshmen can either look way older than their age or younger making people have a different perspective on them.  

Being a freshman can be stressful since kids are coming into a school with adults so their mindsets can be very lost and confused. I feel like everyone was a freshman at one point so under looking the current Freshman’s does not make any sense. 

A lot of Freshman’s can be immature and childish making upperclassmen dislike them more. Most freshmen are under looked because due to their maturity not being at the same level as upperclassmen. Its not many reasons why freshmen are under looked than the fact they are just the babies of high school. Freshman are also not allowed to do a lot of things since its their first year in high school. Once Freshman’s become a sophomore they might be able to understand what everyone else feels.
